When I try to log in an error page comes up?

I used proxymice to log into Facebook only last night, but now when I try to log in again, it comes up with an error page that just says: -1 145 -1

How can you solve this problem? Thanks

And I am currently in China and am on a Mac computer, if that helps?

Yaar,
This error is because of sending too many friend requests;
Please note this & control ur unknown friend requests
This will be okey in 2 days.
