Why does f/b keep asking me to sign in?

I am repeatedly asked to sign in. This has been happening the last 4 days or so. Is this f/b or a virus.....has never happened before until a few days ago.

The problem will b solved aftr three days punishment blocking from f.b cheer up

i had this problem before few months ago,
I searched many sites to solve this
But couldn't
At last facebook mailed me You are sending too many friend request and
signing in from different different Ips
to solve this the got me promised that i wont send friend rqsts
and i clicked its okey page for multy log in
