why can they be accpte all button that works and then send to diffent flokes instead same one

i like to know why can t we just have a accpt all button insted one at a time and when we send thing whay cant it show diffent names instead same one or save the one names that actully do send thing and the one that dont play the games no more take there names off the list ? i have a lot idea or qustion but never get any where ...lol same one on farm town why cant they have new cloth the other farm thing do ?
